When you place an order containing a made-to-order item, please allow up to 7 business days for your items to be made. We craft every detail by hand, from the wax melts themselves to the labels, ensuring the highest quality for your products. Made-to-order items are created Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
To keep things simple, your entire order will ship together once your made-to-order items are completed. If you'd prefer to have your other items shipped separately, you can:
