How It Works

Who Can Order?

We work with retailers, salons, boutiques, and online shops. All you need is a business (and a resale certificate if you’re in Tennessee for tax free status) — that’s it!

Minimum Orders

  • Initial order minimum: $100
  • Reorders: $50
  • Order by the 5-pack (5 wax melts per scent)

Pricing + Profit

  • Wholesale price: $15 per 5-pack
  • MSRP: $6 per melt
  • Suggested retail pricing must be maintained for the Core and Primitive Collections.

You can discount seasonal scents or slow sellers, but frequent markdowns of our year-round lines are a no-go.

All melts are made to order just for you.

  • Allow up to 14 business days for production + curing
  • Our wax melts cure for a full 7 days to smell their best
  • You’ll be notified when your order ships!

Q: Can I mix and match scents in my order?

Absolutely. Buy what you love or what your customers crave.

Q: Do you offer testers?

Yep! Samples are great for creating interest with your customers. You can purchase samples in any scent we offer and f you order a full collection, you’ll get samples of each scent — 1–3 per scent depending on your order size.

Q: Do you offer white label?

We sure do! Wax melts are available white label with a minimum of 10 per scent. You'll provide your own labels (with “Manufactured by Old Cumberland Co., Oneida, TN” included), and we'll handle the rest. Products are made to order and require at least 7 days to cure, so expect a 10–14 business day turnaround. Curious about custom scents? We can do that too — it just takes a little longer. Q: What warmers work best with your melts?

We love and recommend warmers from Candle Warmers Etc. If you don’t want to stock warmers, feel free to send customers our way — we’ve tested a few that we stand behind.
