Soy wax requires more heat than some other waxes to perform properly. Please be sure you are using a warmer with a 25w bulb or a warming plate with soy wax melts. If your warmer meets these specifications, but you notice the wax is still not melting all the way, you can try replacing the bulb, but your warmer may just need to be replaced.
