We’re happy to explore scents outside our standard lineup! Just note:

A testing fee applies per scent

The process can take up to 4 weeks, depending on supplier timelines, production, cure, and testing

We only release custom scents that meet our standards for fragrance throw and performance

🏷 Labeling Requirements:

We don’t design or print labels, but we do require a few things to keep everything legal and legit:

Your label must include:

Your business/brand name

Scent name

Net weight (in both oz and g)

Manufactured by Old Cumberland Co., Oneida, TN

That last bit can be discreet — think back label or bottom — but it must be present.

💡 Good news: Wax melts don’t require ingredients or usage instructions.

⏳ Turnaround Time

All white label orders are made to order and require time to cure. We don’t rush perfection — and neither should you.

Wax melts require a minimum 7-day cure time after pouring to ensure peak performance

Orders typically ship within 10–14 business days depending on size and scent availability

Custom scent testing adds additional time (up to 4 weeks)
